New Zealand Trans Tasman team named for Sydney

New Zealand selectors have named the team members to contest the Trans Tasman challenge at the Sydney International Horse Trials

The team named today is Simon Gordon with Fletch.com (above), Bryce Newman with Bates Trademark (below), Donna Smith with either Just Chocolate or Balmoral Tangolooma, and Melbourne based Joe Waldron with Springvale All Black. Donna Smith plans to take both horses, one at her own expense and Dannie Lodder, winner of Kihikihi CIC 3*, has been named as non-travelling reserve with Moochi but plans to go anyway at her own expense. Dannie and Donna, on her second horse, will both compete as individuals

The New Zealand team is expected to arrive in Sydney on Monday 22nd April

We’re looking forward to bringing you all of the action from the Sydney International Horse Trials from 25th-28th April (yes, the same weekend as Rolex Kentucky so it’s going to be a busy weekend!)
