Ben and Mulray's Error in the dressage at Badminton
Look out for a very special horse on cross country tomorrow and, for once, it will be sitting on a rider rather than the other way around.
Ben Hobday will be riding around the cross country course on his lovely big Mulry’s Error with Willberry the Wonder Pony sitting on his shoulder. Before the horse welfare people start writing in, we must explain that Willbery the Wonder Pony is a stuffed toy but one with a big following for a good cause.
Willberry the Wonder Pony has become a social media phenomenon in the past twelve months as the mascot for Hannah Francis, a young eventing rider who was diagnosed with aggressive bone cancer just before Badminton last year. Together they are highlighting and sharing Hannah’s difficult fight with cancer to raise funds for bone cancer research and Willberry Wonder Pony is now an official charity
