The Blenheim experience

Competitors at this year’s Blenheim Palace International Horse Trials  11 – 14th September can look forward to even better rider facilities at the event this year with the Mark Todd Collection building on the success of last year’s popular ‘Riders Chill Out Zone’. New sponsors Pea Green Physio will be providing physiotherapy, osteopathy and sports massage services, as well as a pilates/yoga class for competitors and officials on Wednesday night pre event.

“I have just been for a massage at Pea Green Physio – it was amazing!” says international event rider Aofie Clark. “Caitlin was lovely and she managed to get rid of my headache after being kicked in the head. The team work with several riders and are excited to bring many years of expertise and hands on physio to Blenheim. I shall be taking full advantage of Pea Green’s services on event as well as the chill out zone which was a haven last year”.

While riders chill out spectators might take advantange of 'The Bus'

Also keeping riders chilled at Blenheim, is the all-important wifi connectivity needed to keep their Twitter feeds humming. This will be provided by The HorseHub App and Atticus Risk.

“Twitter, Facebook and access to the internet are essential to most of us these days”, says Event Director Mandy Hervieu.
“It is crucial for today’s competitors to manage their businesses, which does not just stop when they are at a three day event but I hope they will also take time out and enjoy a massage - I just hope I get a chance to partake myself!”

Blenheim will once again run both a CCI3* and CIC3* for 8 and 9 year old horses and have said they will try to accommodate as many combinations as the site layout and schedule can accommodate.
