Australia had a great result in the teams showjumping competition finishing 7th at the night final. Chuggy had only 4 faults, Matt a fantastic clear, Edwina an uncharacteristic two fences down and James also two down. The standard of the Australian team has risen amazingly and they have all done a fantastic job. Germany took the gold medal with only Marcus Ehning having one rail tonight, Brazil lost their chance at a medal and France took the silver and Belgium the bronze. Edwina and Chris Chugg now go through to the individual final on Friday - maybe one of them can reproduce Edwina's Aachen performance and represent Australia in the final four on Saturday night?
