It's Chinese New Year and who better to celebrate with than Chinese Olympian Alex Hua Tian.
Alex and his up and coming horse Chicko will be ones to watch in 2025 after taking fourth place in the CCI5* at Les Etoiles de Pau 2024 and other good results throughout the year. The Chinese Year of the Snake is also the year of the 2025 FEI Asian Championships, postponed from 2023.

William Fox-Pitt’s farewell win
William Fox-Pitt, winner of 14 five-star titles – more than any other rider in eventing history – announced his retirement from the top end of the sport at Badminton Horse Trials 2024.
Heading into the final day at Badminton in second place on board Grafennacht, William didn’t manage to clinch his third Badminton title, but the pair had secured a win shortly before at Burnham Market International – their last win together before William’s retirement.
