Luke Jones and Music in the CCI2*
South Australian rider Luke Jones has two lovely young horses, both off the track thoroughbreds, competing at the Australian International 3 Day Event in the CCI2* and the CIC3*
“I hope he has got a lot of Adelaides to come” says Luke of his CCI2* horse Music who was second at this year’s Melbourne International 3 Day Event. Unfortunately they didn’t pull off quite the test they did in Melbourne but Luke sees this event as part of Music’s preparation for the future while Proclaimer, competing in the CIC3* scored 68.70 penalties this morning
The lead-up to this event has been difficult for many riders due to the wet conditions in southern Australia and Luke’s last start saw him spend the night in hospital but he was still determined to come to the Australian International 3 Day Event which is ‘such an important event on the Australian calendar’
