Triple Adelaide CCI5* winner and member of the Australian World Championship team at Pratoni 2022, Hazel Shannon needs little introduction. You may be more used to seeing her on Willingapark Clifford or Willingapark Chelsea, both horses competing at International levels
But Hazel also has some lovely young horses she is bringing on, including Willingapark Chilli who, as you may guess from his name, is by the famous stallion and 5* winner, Chilli Morning. Not only does he have a 5* sire but also a 5* dam, in Emma Bishop's CP Issey Miyake and was bred here in Australia at Willinga Park
Now four years old, Willingapark Chilli not only had his first experience of a real competition at REC Equine Specialists Sydney Eventing Autumn Classic but he went home with a win in the EvA65 Section A, finishing on his dressage score of 27.50
