Riding High with Sydney International 3 Day Event

In 2020, the Sydney International 3 Day Event would have been celebrating the 20th Anniversary of the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games and Australia's gold medal winning success. Sadly the 2020 event had to be cancelled due to Covid-19 but we can still celebrate the achievements of Australia's eventing heroes

This video "Riding High" was created in 2017 to commemorate the 60-year anniversary of Sydney 3 Day Event and tells the remarkable story of Australia's first Olympic Eventing team (1956) followed by the Aussie triumph in 1960, featuring interviews with the late Bunty Thompson and Neale Lavis as well as Wayne Roycroft.
