Samuel Fasher and his 16-year-old gelding Sulitanos have taken their first 4* win together at Equestriad at Camden. The pair led after the dressage and rolled one pole in today’s show jumping then maintained their lead on cross country despite adding 15.2 time penalties, to finish on a score of 48
None of the CCN4* combinations made the time on Camden’s undulating terrain; Kenya Wilson riding Sandros Salute MW were the fastest with 10 time but show jumping penalties had dropped them out of contention. Heath Ryan, in second place overnight also picked up penalties in today’s show jumping phase and opted not to head out on cross country with Bronze Boy R
Jess Rae and Gemma Tinney moved into final second and third places, both jumping clear in the show jumping and then adding just time penalties on cross country. Jess moved up from ninth place after the dressage on Fifth Avenue to finish close behind Samuel on 48.6 and Gemma riding Diabolo took third on a score of 53.70
Shane Rose and Stakkino won the CCN3*-S and Charlotte Lalak won the CCN2*-S on board Legolas KPH
