At the Hanson Tonimbuk International Horse Trials today we caught up with Angela Tivendale and her daughter Georgia
Angela (nee Nippers) was one of Australia’s leading riders in the 90's and, although she still rides, her focus is now very much on her daughter Georgia’s eventing career.
Georgia, who is riding three horses at Tonimbuk, is currently in fifth place of the Horseland CCI3* after the dressage and show jumping on board Star Allure who we met in the stable as we chatted to Angela and Georgia
Georgia may be following in her mother’s footsteps by pursuing a career in eventing but it turns out that she has also inherited some of her father’s skills in terms of also being able to laser level an arena and drive a tractor, both skills of great value to the event!
