Another Tamworth International Eventing CCI competition has taken place and we thought we’d mention just a couple of noteworthy performances.

Let’s start with the big class winners. Catie Herbert produced another CCI4*-S win on her black stallion Wimborne Constable and Andrew Barnett picked up a win in the CCI3*-S on board Oscar Park Deluge, one of the horses he is taking to the UK very soon.

We spoke to Catie and Andrew about their wins and what is coming up next for them in our Feature Article Here

Emma Bishop and Cassilis Park Figaro took the Gundy Park Equine CCI2*-S and Holly Anderson riding TW Great One won the Sue Grills Racing CCN1*-S Section A. But Shenae Lowings gets the best score award (and not just because it was our class!), winning the An Eventful Life CCN1*-S Section B on Chupa Chup.

Shenae started on a dressage score of 19.1, jumped clear in the showjumping and added just 2.4 time penalties on cross country course to win on 21.50.

It wasn’t an easy weekend for the rest of the Bimbadeen Park team with Shane in hospital (but still busy with TV crews) and their trailer shredding some tyres on the way to Tamworth but Niki Rose still manged to take third place in the CCI2* on Dreamrush and daughter Olivia had a fun run around the EvA50.

And talking of the EvA50, congratulations to the winner of the Foxy Old Girls EvA50 (Over 50) winner, Louise Clay riding Admiral Wellington who won the class on their dressage score of 26.30 – well done!
