Hazel Shannon and Willingapark Chelsea breezed around the cross country course at Wallaby Hill Farm in December 2022 to win the CCI2*-S at the Bowral Kubota Festival of Eventing
It was their first competition in Australia after Hazel returned from a year in the UK, during which time she found the talented seven-year-old Irish Sport Horse Willingapark Chelsea (previously known as Bonmahon Chelsea and competed by Italy’s Rebecca Chiappero)
They competed lightly together in the UK with their first international start together at Millstreet CCI2*-S before Willingapark Chelsea was flown home, enjoying his first outing at Wallaby Hill a few weeks later to finish on their dressage score of 28.2, having led throughout
