Last year Sheridan Wilson and her nine year old bay gelding Artane Murphy didn’t make it past the first phase of the Horseland CCI2* at the Australian International 3 Day Event
Cumulative errors of course resulted in elimination – a devastating blow for Sheridan who admits “I just misinterpreted the test resulting in the mistakes. The judge was so apologetic about having to eliminate me but I’ve certainly learned from it!”
This year they made no such mistakes, making it through the dressage test as the fifth rider of the day much to Sheridan’s relief and she is now looking forward to galloping around the Adelaide parklands on the 17.1h warmblood thoroughbred cross that won the CIC2* at Ballarat earlier this year
We did it!
