Prior to the cross country day at the 2017 Melbourne International 3 Day Event, Prue Barrett took us through two of the CCI3* fences which proved to be influential at MI3DE, the Owl Hole at Fence 10ABC and the second water complex at 22ABC
Prue (aided by course designer Ewan Kellett at the water) explained how to best approach each fence and how she was expecting it should be ridden so we took some video to see what happened with a couple of riders in each case
