It was definitely nice to have break after finishing on such a high at Lakes and Craters 3 day Event at the end of last season!
The remainder of December and the start of January consisted of enjoying the beautiful beaches I am so thankful to live near, enjoying time with family and friends and possibly a little bit of partying!
It was great to spend some time at the beach
But now it’s back to business and I have no doubt its going to be a very busy year for me. On the studying front I am excited to say I begin my Diploma of Journalism in a few weeks at Macleay College.
Jett and I have been selected to be a part of the 2014 Victorian Young Rider Squad, and on top of that I will be working, riding and fitting in competitions!
Our first event back will be Geelong Horse Trials at pre novice (EvA 105) level and if all goes well I will be looking at doing my first 1 star on Jett in the next couple of months, so it’s going to be a fun filled hectic first half of the year.
Jett and I are looking forward to 2014
I look forward to seeing everyone back out on the circuit!
