Being in the UK more often means I get a chance to catch up with my brother Warren
In the last month I have managed to compete in the UK twice, fly home and take some young horses to Bacchus Marsh Pony Club One Day Event with a convoy of family and friends (the horses really needed the outing). Then train the said young horses for a few weeks before taking them to Maryborough One Day Event for a huge improvement.
The next day I flew back to the UK where I have just finished riding in a two day clinic with the Australian dressage coach as well as our Australian show jumping coach. Under The Clocks was very good and so enjoyable to ride. It was an excellent opportunity for me to train alongside all the WEG combinations as well as those heading to Burghley and Blenheim. Even though we couldn't be ready for the qualifying events for WEG, it is exciting for me to witness the combinations just before they head off to represent us to see who is the best in the world
