An Eventful Life is filming all competitors on cross country at
Land Rover Burghley Horse Trials 2022
It was a day of mixed fortunes for the Wesko Foundation members at the Land Rover Burghley Horse Trials where Harry Mutch and Kristina Hall-Jackson were making their debut at the big CCI5* event
Sadly Harry and HD Bronze, who had a good start in the first day of dressage, were eliminated at Fence 20, but Kristina and CMS Google completed the course with 20 jumping penalties for their first ever Burghley completion when we caught up with her for a chat at the end of cross country
There were two other people who are an integral part of the Wesko Foundation competing at the event – Tim Price and Pippa Funnell, who both had a good day
Tim is in second place after cross country riding Vitali and Pippa is in ninth place on Majas Hope and 13th riding Billy Walk On – more about the full cross country day and lots of rider interviews coming up soon in our full report
