With an estimated half a million visitors expected in Normandy from August 24th to 7th September 2014, there are bound to plenty of people not only looking for great horse sport but also some great equestrian retail therapy at the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games™ 2014
The Normandy Organising Committee has now outlined its plan for the retail sites and is inviting submissions from exhibitors.
Three major sites will have stands on offer right in the heart of the action; the Games Village (Caen), the Le Pin National Stud Village (Haras du Pin National Stud) and the Sartilly Village (Mont-Saint-Michel).

The Games Village will be located in Caen, west of the Parc des Expositions Exhibition Park and set amongst 25 hectares of land. The Parc des Expositions will be host to the reining competitions; the Zénith centre and the Hippodrome de la Prairie racecourse, all of which are just a stone’s throw away from here, will host the vaulting, driving and para-equestrian competitions.
The themed outdoor Games Village here will be the centre for fun and festivities lined up during the two weeks of competition including concerts, show rings, a giant screen, a “Kids’ Zone” and other attractions yet to be announced. 230 stands will be showcasing equestrian products and services from around the world in this main shopping area
Le Pin National Stud will host the dressage and cross country phases of the Eventing; approximately an hour from Caen there will still be some shopping available here with 15 large stands to be on the site
The third shopping village will be the Sartilly Village situated a few kilometres from the Mont-Saint-Michel where the Endurance competition will take place. With 300,000 visitors every year, Mont-Saint-Michel is the most visited tourist site in Normandy and the second most visited in France; there will also be 15 large stands situated within the Sartilly Village
