Just When I Thought My Week couldn't get ANY BETTER

Jenelle gives Under the Clocks a welcome back kiss after cross country at Adelaide

Jenelle Christopher was flat out last week in Adelaide helping Murray Lamperd (third place in the CCI 4*) and the horse she adores, Under the Clocks. During the event I kept bumping into the larger than life Jenelle who was not only working hard grooming but also madly taking photos. She was absolutely delighted with the performance of Murray and the 10 year old Under the Clocks (definitely the loudest cheer in the crowd when Murray passed the second horse inspection and ecstatic when the pair came home safely after cross country) but there was another treat in store when the team finally made it home to Victoria after a long drive.

Murray, Jacqui and Jenelle took Under the Clocks, along with stable mates Don Skipello and Routino, down to the beach at Barwon Heads to wade in the salt water after the long haul home on Sunday night /Monday morning

“I was a little bit excited to have the privilege to sit on him to be honest” says Jenelle “That photo has even bumped my beloved photo with Shane Rose on my facebook page..... that's a bit huge!! ”

Murray will be riding Don Skipello and Routino in the 1* at Lakes and Craters in Camperdown in a fortnight’s time. Thanks to Murray and Jenelle for sharing this with us and Jade Wishart for the great photos
