After the cancellation of Badminton, Clayton Fredericks and Bill Levett finally decided to come to Jardy to keep their horses fit for the next important dates. Even if it rained a bit on Thursday and Friday, it was rather less than in the UK, as Clayton testified. Already in the lead with his first two horses - Walterstown Don and Be My Guest - Clayton Fredericks (AUS) managed to beat himself riding his experienced 13 year old gelding Bendigo. Clayton now lies in 1st, 2nd and 3rd place after the dressage test. Kind of a leisurely walk for the Olympic Silver medallist.

Just behind him, 3 riders obtained the same percentage: Maxime Livio (FRA) / Jaipur II, Bill Levett (AUS) / One Two Many NJ and Nicolas Touzaint (FRA) / Midnightsong de Theol. That promises a great XC test tomorrow afternoon. First to go at 15h45 (GMT+1) will be Clayton Fredericks (AUS) with Be My Guest...and last to go, of course, the same riding Bendigo at 17h23.
