Nominations have opened for the event that straddles two States, the Albury Wodonga International Horse Trials and a few changes to the program will make it an even more exciting event for spectators.
The Crowe Horwath Albury Wodonga International Horse Trials will host its 19th competition at the equestrian grounds in Thurgoona, NSW from April 1st – 3rd.
In an effort to make the horse trials a greater spectacle for observers, the CIC2* and CIC3* show jumping will be held in the main arena under lights on the Saturday night. Those who are riding need to ensure that they order their country style roast dinner beforehand as it may well have all disappeared by the time they finish. The country food on offer for spectators and riders alike is well anticipated at this event – please tell us the Wagyu burgers are back too!
Event secretary Bradley Hayden said the Crowe Horwath sponsored event continued to play a large part in Australia’s eventing programme and he expects that many of the big names would again be in attendance.
Competition entries are to be submitted on line via Nominate - dinner bookings for Saturday night (in conjunction with the show jumping event) or any further general enquiries can be directed to event secretary Bradley Hayden via their Facebook page
