Stuart and Pluto on course for victory
It was a case of Happy Families at the Baxter Boots NSW State Eventing Championships last weekend in some of the classes.
Stuart Tinney won the Baxter Boots CIC 3* riding John and Jane Pittard’s Pluto Mio and rode Pluto’s half sister, the lovely young black mare Annapurna, also owned by the Pittards, in the Baxter Boots CIC 1*.

Meanwhile daughter Gemma was competing in the Prydes Easyfeeds PreNovice Junior (EvA105J) and won this class riding Murrabong Kinanui (King) so there are two State Champs in the Tinney house this week!
We chatted to Stuart after his win and, amongst other things, learn that he is striving to emulate his daughter’s dressage score!
