Not many stallions excel in the sport of eventing but those that do well attract great attention
William Fox-Pitt’s Badminton winner Chilli Morning, who was retired to stud this year, proved that some stallions are not only exceptional in the sport but also can be very laid back about it all. The New Zealand stallion Internet, who finished seventh at Burghley in 2004, was another stallion that “never got upset by anything and he just went about his work wherever he was” and surprised people by his wonderful temperament
