Kate Ackland (above) was grooming for Tarryn Proctor at Adelaide who was riding ESB Irish Quest in the CCI4*. Kate told us the thing she couldn’t do without at an event was the Equissage.
“It really helps to calm Quest down and he just loves it, so we use it quite a lot, both prior to and after each phase. It helps to relax his muscles and keep him in top condition.”
At Adelaide ESB Irish Quest was sporting a very new looking green Equissage. “Yes, this one is new and we think the colour really suits him! We had the standard black colour one prior to this – we’ve used them for quite a long time.”
Adelaide was the first 4* event for Tarryn and Quest and they managed to go clear cross country with only one rail down show jumping and judging from the photo below the Equissage certainly played it's part and kep Quest flying high.
