The Dream Team of Bill Levett (AUS), Tim Price (NZ), Michael Jung (GER) and Austin O'Connor (IRE) won in 2015
The Dubarry of Ireland Nations Team Challenge will be featured again this year at Rolex Kentucky CCI4* which takes place from April 28 - May 1, 2016.
This friendly team competition, started in 2013 to help foster team spirit and camaraderie, will this year have teams selections based on FEI World Rankings. The winning nation will be the one with the fewest penalties after adding together the final scores of the three highest-placed individuals from that nation and the $20,000 prize money will be split among the top four teams.
Teams may also be formed by combining entries from two countries that have not already created a team. Last year Team Ireland/Germany/NZ/Australia consisting of Michael Jung (GER), Tim Price (NZ) Austin O’Connor (IRE) and Bill Levett (AUS) won on a final cumulative score of 145.6, well ahead of the 2014 winners Team USA on a final score of 250.2
As well as the Dubarry of Ireland Nations Team Challenge and the increased 2016 prize money of $350,000 the following prizes will also be up for grabs
