Australia in good position at FEI Nations Cup

William Fox-Pitt riding Seacookie is the leader after dressage in the CIC 3* Section C at the Subaru Houghton International closely followed by New Zealander Mark Todd on NZB Campino. Piggy French and Jakarta are lying third while Lucinda Fredericks is the top placed Australian in 4th place on Flying Finish.

Top British riders Mary King (Imperial Cavalier) and Pippa Funnell (Mirage d’Elle) take 5th and 6th spot and Australians Catherine Burrell on Urzan and Sam Griffiths on Happy Times are in 9th and 15th place. Wendy Schaeffer and Koyuna Sun Dancer are in 27th place and Sam Griffiths on Paulank Brockagh are in 28th.

The team members for Australia are; Wendy and Dancer, Sam and Paulank Brockagh, Lucinda and Flying Finish and Catherine with Urzan

Australia is currently in second place in the FEI Nations Cup which is being run as part of this class;

Also in this class are Australian riders Emma Dougall and Kelecyn Ice Age (43rd on 58.6), Bill Levett and Shannondale Titan (=47th on 60.6).

William Fox-Pitt is also joint leader of the CCI 2* on his new mount, the stallion Chilli Morning and Lucinda Fredericks leads the CCI 1*riding Rovello II
