Equestrian Australia today confirmed the appeal lodged in relation to the nomination of the Eventing team of the 2012 Australian Olympic Team was dismissed.
Riders will now have 48 hours to determine whether they will file an appeal with the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).
During this time Equestrian Australia and the Australian Olympic Committee are unable to make further comment.
The Australian Olympic Committee will announce the Eventing team’s final selection.
