“The games are all about camaraderie, something different, not just turning up to a scene of a gruesome accident and working alongside the Ambos and fire’s, but in a fun and friendly atmosphere,” said Sergeant Kelli White, the coordinator of the event. “We all do a tough job and it’s nice to see each other and have a banter and a few drinks and laughs together.

Most other sports walk away with medals only but our competitors ride away with trophy rugs, vouchers, garlands, feed and more! There are a number of people we would like to thank including the committee, Linden Knight, Viv Motbey, Kristel James, the sponsors the volunteers, Shane Rose and Camden Council for the use of their wonderful facility and of course the competitors for making it all worthwhile”.
