Ros Canter has reclaimed her lead of the FEI Eventing World Rankings at the end of June 2024 with Britain holding the top three spots.
Nine months after losing the lead in the FEI Eventing World Athlete Rankings, Britain’s Ros has reclaimed the number one position with previous No.1, Oliver Townend in second place (492 points) while Tom McEwen holds third place (454 points).
Ros is the only rider with over 500 points, with her ranking being boosted in June thanks to Izilot DHI’s fourth place at Luhmuhlen CCI5* and MHS Seventeen’s third place at Bramham CCI4*-L.
The winner of Luhmuhlen CCI5*, Belgium’s Lara De Liedekerke-Meier has moved from 14th to fourth place (406 points) and Britain’s Yasmin Ingham, another of Britain’s Olympic eventing team for Paris 2024, rounds out the top five with 389 points.
US Olympian Boyd Martin has slipped to sixth place from second but is still the top ranked American rider with Caroline Pamakcu, also recently named on the US Olympic eventing team, has moved from 21st to 11th.
New Zealand's Jonelle and Tim Price, both named on the New Zealand Olympic eventing team, hold eighth and ninth places respectively, with Jonelle moving up from 17th thanks to Grappa Nera’s second place at Maarsbergen CCI4*-S.
Olivia Barton remains the top ranked Australian rider in 32nd place with Andrew Cooper and Andrew Hoy also in the Top 50 in 44th and 47th places respectively.
