During the Melbourne 3 Day Event, Megan Jones kindly agreed to walk the CCI 1* course and share her thoughts. Alison and Debbie from An Eventful Life joined Megan and several of her fans including a few of the younger riders who would be tackling the course.
In this video Megan talks about how ride the second water complex, what to watch for on the approach to the first obstacle and then discusses what studs she would be using with Kirby Park Irish Empress, her 1* ride at Melbourne.
During the course walk Alison also caught up with Briony Deeker Fradd, an eleven year old eventing enthusiast who is a big fan and occasional pupil of Megan’s.

The last fence on course was the Melbourne to London red bus, which Megan thought she would hitch a ride on! Let's hope she gets a more comfortable ride on a plane in the near future .................
