The 2017 Rolex Kentucky will be the first event to introduce the new 4* tests
Two new CCI4* dressage tests have been released by the FEI that will come into effect on January 1st 2017
As suggested by Christopher Bartle during his recent dressage masterclass in Adelaide, a new movement introduced is the 20 meter circle in canter allowing the horse to stretch forward and down and then moving into collected canter while ‘retaking the reins without resistance’
Despite talk of series changes being debated at this level, single flying changes remain in the tests with precise execution and straightness being key
