Unlike the Jump and Drive held at Equitana in Australia, where the ‘Drive’ is on the back of a horse-driven carriage, the Germans go for some serious horse power under the bonnet and the jumping riders have to negotiate a track on horseback and then in a Mercedes car, which the winner then takes home
It was a close thing with winner Alexander Schill riding Latino completing in 84.32 seconds while Michael and Der Dürer TSF completed in 84.95
