International and national level eventing is taking place in Strzegom, Poland again this week. The Strzegom October Festival is a new event on the calendar of Equestrian Centre in Morawa and has four international competitions on the schedule: CI-short 3*, CI-long 2*, CI-short 2* and CI-long 1*, as well as four national classes - CNC 1*, CNC P, CNC L and CNC L-18.
There are 250 horses on the starting order lists including riders from 14 countries but the international classes are dominated by German athletes – these guys are obviously looking forward to the next European Championships in 2017!
Among others Sandra Auffarth (GER), Andreas Dibowski (GER), Linda Algotsson (SWE) are competing and the rebuilt second water fence will be one of new challenges for all riders.
