The London International Horse Show has launched a new initiative, The London International Horse Auction, to take place during the world-famous Show in December.
Ten world class Sport Horses will be auctioned both to a live audience and online through live streaming at The London International Horse Auction on the evening of Saturday 16 December.
The ten horses, aged from five to eight-years-old, will be selected by Breen Equestrian and the Billy Stud in September and lots will be available to view online on the auction section of the Show website from early October. At the event horses will be available to trial from Thursday 14 December, with the auction taking place from 6pm on Saturday 18 December.
Chloe and Shane Breen and Pippa and William Funnell, who are behind this new initiative, believe that the Christmas Show will offer a fantastic platform for the auction.
“This is a great opportunity for buyers to view and hopefully purchase Sports Horses within the UK” says William Funnell “The London Show offers a fantastic environment for the auction and potential buyers will be given the chance to ride the horses in advance of the auction at ExCeL. We are very excited by this new launch and are confident that it will be a great success”.
