Since 1660, the soldiers of Household Cavalry have acted as the monarch’s trusted guardians, as well as being the public face of the British Army both at home and abroad
Visitors to Land Rover Burghley 2022 will have the opportunity to meet some of the Household Cavalry horses including the famous Cavalry Blacks, Trumpeters’ Greys and a Drum Horse so we thought it would be a good time to take a look at what goes on behind the scenes of these famous horses and riders
