After the first horse inspection at Boekelo, when five horses were sent to the Hold Box but all passed on re-presenting, the team draws are now done.
Thursday’s dressage will see all riders from the ten teams take to the arena with the Netherlands, France, Britain, New Zealand, Italy, USA, Belgium, Germany, Ireland and Sweden going in rotation with Thierry van Reine riding ACSI Harry Belafonte of the Netherlands the first into the arena at 10am
On Friday it is the turn of the individual riders, which include Australia’s Sam Lyle, Izzy Taylor on Carolines Air KM and Graf Cavalier, Zara Tindall on Class Affair, the new World Champion Yasmin Ingham riding Rehy DJ and Tom McEwen riding JL Dublin
Yasmin was originally announced as part of the British team for the Nations Cup but the draw is now showing the British team members as;
Kirsty Chabert with the 10-year-old mare Opposition Heraldik Girl
Sarah Bullimore with the 8-year-old mare Evita AP
Laura Collett with the 13-year-old gelding Dacapo
Ros Canter with the 9-year-old gelding Izilot DHI
The New Zealand team is made up of Jonelle Price riding Kilbunny Andy, Tim Price riding Happy Boy, Amanda Pottinger riding Good Timing and Dan Jocelyn riding Blackthorn Cruise
