Tina Cook and Billy The Red are competing in the CCI4*-S at Hartpury International this weekend but they recently took time out to visit the inner London suburb of Brixton to meet members of the Ebony Horse Club
Tina, whose own young daughter Isabelle is a keen and competitive rider, met the young riders of the Club, rode Billy The Red in the arena and went out for a hack around the nearby streets with the Club horses. She also showed her most recent Olympic medal from London 2012, won at Greenwich, just a few miles up the road
It just goes to show that, as Tina says, “Riding can be for anybody”
