25 nations and 118 horses will take part at this year FEI WBFSH Eventing World Breeding Championships at Le Mondial Du Lion in France from 20th – 23rd October 2023
67 horses from 15 countries have been nominated and accepted to compete in the Seven-Year-Old Championship, including last year’s winner of the Six-Year-Old Championship, Germany’s Anna Lena Schaaf riding Lagona 4. Last year’s fourth place getter, Cil Dara Dexter ridden by Australia’s Bella English also makes a return and Bella is joined by Bill Levett riding Shannondale Archie and Lissa Green riding Expo Di Alma Terra for Australia while New Zealand has Caroline Powell on CBI Aldo, Jonelle Price riding Fernhill Kankan and Ginny Thompson riding Cooley Wish Upon A Star
Britain’s Piggy March also brings forward her winner and second place getter from the British Young Horse Championships at Osberton, Dassett Arthalent and Brookfield Future News

In the Six-Year-Old Championship there are 51 horses from 24 countries including Australia’s Kevin McNab, last year’s Seven-Old-Championship winner, this time with Faro Imp, Bella English riding Sumas Tina Turner and Katja Weimann, now based in Germany, riding Baumann’s Dark Mark
New Zealand’s Caroline Powell and Ginny Thompson also have entries in this class with Tik Tok and Quantas R
