It was a day of fun in the sun at the Saracen Horse Feeds Houghton International Horse Trials where the CCI2*-L and CCI3*-L combinations headed out on cross country and the 4* competitors completed dressage and show jumping
Emily King and Imposant maintained their overnight lead ahead of Kitty King and MHS Monbeg Junior also completing on their dressage score to remain in second place in the CCI2*-L
Two wonderful rounds, both clear and inside the time, saw Ros Canter retain her lead in both CCI3*L sections with Shannondale Nadia (Section B ) and Izilot DHI (Section C).
In the CCIS 4*O competition, Alex Hua Tian leads after the dressage and show jumping with Jilsonne Van Bareelhof, just ahead of William Fox-Pitt and Little Fire and the first leg of the 2021 FEI Nation’s Cup also got underway today, with Team GB holding the lead after dressage and show jumping,
