On Thursday, 15 June 2017 HRH The Princess Royal, Princess Anne will attend Luhmühlen Horse Trials to mark its 60th anniversary
For the third year running, The Princess Royal is supporting Luhmühlen with her patronage. To date, The Princess Royal has visited Luhmühlen three times: In 1975 she won individual and team silver at the European Eventing Championships, in 1982 she graced the World Championships with her presence and in 1987 she returned as FEI President for the European Eventing Championships.
“We are immensely grateful for the opportunity to welcome HRH The Princess Royal to Luhmühlen. It has been thirty years since her last stay and in the meantime, the event has undergone distinct modernisations, so it will be a pleasure to take her on a tour around the showground and the cross-country course” says event director Julia Otto.
