After 20 years of ACSI Sponsorship for the Dutch rider Alice Naber-Lozeman, Europe's camping specialist ACSI has decided to sponsor a whole eventing team. The ACSI Eventing Team consists of senior rider Alice Naber-Lozeman (48) and two successful riders, Janneke Boonzaaijer (22) and Thierry van Reine (19). This means that there are now two commercial Dutch eventing teams.
The entire team participated in total in the North Holland Horse Trials in Oudkarspel NL at Easter (19-21 April), recognisable in their ACSI colours. In CCI3*-S Thiery van Reine and ACSI Harry Belafonte, owned by Ramon and Sabine van Reine and previously ridden by Alice, were the best placed Dutch pair in 16th position.
Alice, who has ridden in several Dutch Championships, European Championships and the 2018 World Championships in Tryon in the United States. was very proud of the pair "This shares my best memories! I feel this team is a great opportunity for all of us, both riders and horses. I'm thankful for it and very happy with it. I'll do everything I can to make this team a success, and to help my teammates in whatever way I can"
Alice also competed in the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro and hopes that the next big goal for Alice and the ACSI Eventing Team is another Olympic Games, hopefully starting with Tokyo 2020.
