More than 500 horses and riders will be competing at the Keyflow Feeds Barbury Castle International from 7th – 10th July with some big names in the line-up

Tokyo Olympic Team Gold medallist Tom McEwen has three entries in the CCI-S 3*, including the promising mare Falaise De Riverland with whom he recently finished fourth in the CCI-L 2* at Houghton. He will also be competing in the CCI-S 4* on Brookfield Benjamin Bounce– a 10-year-old gelding with whom he has already enjoyed 3* success this year, winning at Burnham Market and finishing runner up at Rockingham in May

Badminton winner, Laura Collett will be looking to add another win to her tally so far this year in the CCI-S 4* at Barbury. She has two nine-year-olds entered – the gelding, Moonlight Charmer with whom Laura finished third in the CCI-L 3* at Houghton last year; and the mare, Bling who will be having her first run at 4*.

2019 Burghley winner, MGH Grafton Street, is one of Pippa Funnell’s two entries in the CCI-S 4*. The pair finished fifth in the class at Barbury in 2019 before going on to 5* success that year and Pippa will no doubt be hoping for a repeat of some similar form this year.

New Zealand’s Tim Price and Bundy Philpott are among the entries, as are Australia’s Bill Levett and Lissa Green

As well as the 4* and 3* competitions, national classes at Novice and Intermediate levels will be taking place plus a Pony Trial and the Retraining of Racehorses Novice Championship

Firm favourites, the Shetland Pony Grand National and Inter-Hunt Relay are also taking place and tickets are available to purchase now by visiting the Musketeer Events website or purchased on the gate.
