Kelsall Hill International (1) Horse Trials is now running just two full days of competition on Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd April after some National classes were cancelled due to lack of entries

What the event may be lacking in quantity, it is making up for in quality with a stellar line up in the higher classes including the World Number One and Two, Tim and Jonelle Price. They each have multiple entries, including Tim’s Badminton horses, Vitali and Coup De Coeur Dudevin in the Open Intermediate and are joined by Dan Jocelyn with his Badminton entries, Blackthorn Cruise and Cooley One To Many

Laura Collett’s Burnham CCI4* winner Dacapo is also entered in this class and he is now Laura's main hope for back to back to back wins as her defending champion London 52 has been withdrawn due to an minor foot injury, as Laura explained in our interview at Burnham Market. London 52 will now head to the CCI5* at Luhmuhlen

New Zealand’s Muzi Pottinger has opted for the Advanced Intermediate class for her pre-Badminton run on Just Kidding and three Australians are entered for the CCI3*-S with Andrew Hoy having his first International run since the World Championships at Pratoni on Vassily De Lassos, Kevin McNab riding Scuderia 1918 A Best Friend and Lissa Green riding Igor

Dressage for the CCI3*-S will run on Thursday and Friday with show jumping and cross country on Saturday along with the Advanced Intermediate and Open Intermediate classes

We're filming all competitors on cross country and don't forget to follow us on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter for video snippets and more during the event!
