The London International Horse Show is ready to open its doors to the public for the big British indoor equestrian show of the year. Returning to Excel London from December Wednesday 18th to Sunday 22nd December, the Show features five days of world-class international equestrian sport and spectacular displays.
In the past few days, rehearsals have been taking place including Lorenzo, the 'Flying Frenchman’, and his team of horses making final preparations for their groundbreaking ‘Action’ routine, which will feature in each performance of the Show.
While there is no Indoor Eventing at LIHS as at CHI de Geneve and Sweden International Horse Show, you can catch some of your favourite eventing stars in Masterclasses and special appearances.
Pippa and William Funnell will present ‘Training the Eye: The Art of Selecting Young Horses’ Masterclass on Thursday 19th December as well as their Brilliance Horse Auction Co.’s Collection featuring 12 world-class sport horses, available for bidding in-person and online via live streaming on the evening of Saturday 21st December.
Another eventing champion taking part in a LeMieux Masterclass will be Ros Canter, presenting the 'Flawless Flying Changes Masterclass' on Wednesday 18th December.
Laura Collett will be in the Talk Horse Live Zone on Thursday 19th and will take part in the Grassroots to Glory Masterclass on Friday 20th December.
