The conditions faced by the organisers of Belton Park International, were not easy as the weather gods were not on their side. Although the ground on the cross country course held up after snow and rain, it certainly wasn't easy moving the lorries in and out of the event

However the show did go on, very successfully despite the weather, with spectators turning out in their thousands on a sunny Sunday when the cross country for the second leg of the Shearwater Insurance Tri-Star Grand Slam was being held
“Both Oliver and Chris are now two wins away from £50,000” says Stuart as Belton Park International drew to close and he looks forward to the next leg of the Tri-Star Grand Slam at Houghton
