Anna Lena Schaaf's Lagona OLD pulled off a rare double, winning back to back FEI WBFSH Eventing World Breeding Championships at Le Mondial Du Lion 2022.
This is just the fourth time that the double that has been done (with Nicolas Touzaint, third this year on Fibonacci De Lessac HDC, having achieved it twice and Tom Carlile once) and it was also the first time that a mare has achieved the feat
