RyanWood and McLovin at Rolex Kentucky 2016
Australia’s Ryan Wood moved to the USA in 2008, initially working for Bruce Davidson before making a home for himself at Phillip Dutton’s True Prospect Farm in Unionville, PA. After four years working for Phillip, Ryan now runs his own business out of True Prospect Farm and is making a name for himself at the top levels of eventing
2016 proved to be his most successful year so far, entering the top 50 of the FEI World Eventing Rankings with several big wins and many placings across the levels and he brings the 11 year old Fernhill Classic to this year’s Rolex Kentucky as the sole representative from Australia (well, not counting Boyd and Phillip!)
Ryan heads into the dressage arena on Friday and Sam Clark caught up with him (whilst doing some shopping by the look of things!) to find out more about the Aussie boy we have been dying to meet for a while
