We’re off to the land of the long white so come along for the ride and join us in New Zealand at Puhinui International Horse Trials, taking place in Auckland from December 5th – 8th
This is our favourite end of year destination where the event has a relaxed ‘Christmas party’ feel together with great hospitality and fun happenings (from yoga to wife carrying) during one of New Zealand’s top eventing competitions.
A new look committee this year includes none other than legendary New Zealand eventer Blyth Tait who is based back in New Zealand and there a few changes to the actual competition this year
The main arena is being re-located further down the beautiful Puhinui Reserve, where both dressage arenas can be placed side by side, there is a brand new yard area for the horses, and we’ll be seeing new cross country courses from CCI2* to CCI4*-L designed by Australia’s Ewen Kellett, who took over the reins last year
Other highlights will be a Masterclass and cross country walks by World Champion Ros Canter who will be at Puhinui throughout the event and we’re looking forward to catching up with her
