Andrew and Lanfranco
As reported recently Australian rider Andrew Hoy is taking up the ride on Lanfranco TSF, the 4* horse previously ridden by his ex-wife Bettina
Lanfranco has arrived at Andrew’s yard in Leicestershire and Andrew says he has settled in well. While he doesn’t intend competing him until later in the year, Andrew’s other horses are back in the swing of things with Cheeky Calimbo having his first win of the season at Oasby last weekend
The first “big goal” this season for Cheeky Calimbo is the CCI3* at Saumur while his stable mate Rutherglen is headed to the CCI4* at Badminton and no doubt Andrew will be looking towards Normandy to hopefully make yet another Australian team appearance
