Childeric Saddles Little Downham (4) 2022
Hot on the heels of Tuesday’s Little Downham (3) International which saw the top names take to the course at Ely Eventing, the Childeric Saddles Little Downham (4) now follows on from Saturday 1st October – Monday 3rd October
While the final CCI4*-S classes of the season were contested at Little Downham International, with wins for Ireland’s Susie Berry and Japan’s Kazuma Tomoto, Little Downham (4) is all about the national classes, with sections from BE80 to Open Intermediate, including BE GO sections for those non-BE riders wanting to ‘have a go’
2022 European Young Rider Bronze medallist Alice Casburn will be competing in the Open Intermediate on board Mr Fahrenheit and the in-form Julia Norman, coming off a win at the South of England in the CCI2*-S, will be competing two horses here
Another successful rider from the European Junior and Young Rider Championships, team gold and individual Junior medallist Isabelle Cook will be competing in the Open Intermediate U21 while her mum Tina Cook has four horses entered in the BE100 and Intermediate classes
Laura Collett, who took second and fourth places in the CCI4*-S classes on Tuesday returns with lower level horses in the BE100 and Open Novice classes
